ALORICA KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
You will talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
CSRs will maintains and updates customer information as necessary.
The pay for this position is $13 to $14/hr. You will receive paid training.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience a plus.
Phone-related customer service a major plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications.
Bilingual language skills a plus. Ability to use phone and computer systems is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed. Strong listening/comprehension skills is a must.
