Day in the life:

Your focus is to provide expertise and support in reimbursement accounts, working with a dynamic team to achieve successful, consistent delivery. You will leverage expert resources to help support the Customer Care organization in the achievement of its business goals.

The company provide virtual training and support as well as equipment delivered to your home. You provide a private place to work, high speed internet and a positive attitude.

What you need to be successful:

• High School Diploma/GED

• At least 1 year as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role
