IMMEDIATE NEED for professionals to handle inbound and outbound calls and that are bilingual in English plus one of the European or Asian languages.Our client, a provider of specialized contact center and professional services, is expanding into the life sciences market and has an IMMEDIATE NEED for professionals to handle inbound and outbound calls and that are bilingual in English plus one of the following European or Asian languages: 

Europe: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish

Asia: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Telugu, Thai

Eastern Europe: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Ukrainian

Middle East: Arabic, Hebrew 

as we expand this service throughout the globe. The position is a flexible, part-time and 100% work from home/telecommuting position.

In this position you will:

• work from home as an independent contractor with flexible hours

• process the call according to a client provided script and process (type of call can vary widely from client to client)

• accurately enter data into the computer systems requirement.
